Welcome to our farm equipment dealership.
Easy to shop:
Carter & Gruenewald Co, Inc. you four ways to shop: Order through our website, by telephone or in person at our retail stores in Brooklyn & Juda, Wisconsin. Your purchases can be paid for by credit card, Farm Plan, personal check (US customers only) or by money order. To submit your order electronically, click on one of the links below.

Paying by Check:
Checks returned by your bank will be charged a $25 return fee.
Speedy shipping without the express charge!
We will try to fill your order within 24 hours. If we cannot ship your order right away, we will NOT cash your check or money order or charge your credit card until we ship your order. Please include $10 to cover shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and Backorders:
We ship via UPS, Federal Express, and US Postal Priority Mail. Next Day and Second Day Air Service are also available. Saturday delivery for air shipments is available in most areas, but at an additional cost. Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of your order. COD orders will have an additional charge of $7 added to the regular shipping and handling charges. Freight charge is a flat charge for all parts & toys except those items otherwise noted.
Damaged Goods:
Please report any damaged packages or product to us immediately and we will call the freight carrier for you. We will replace the damaged item only upon its return to us.
Out of Stock Items:
If we have sold out of a limited quantity item, we will issue a refund with your order. If we are able to supply the item to you at a later date, we will place the item on backorder in your name.

If you are not satisfied with any item, return to it us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please call for return authorization ( 866.327.6255 during normal business hours). Include a copy of your invoice along with a note telling us what is wrong with the item and what you would like us to do. Items which have been installed, modified, painted or abused are not returnable.
NOTE: Refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
International Orders:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We prefer credit cards for payment, but will accept money orders in US funds only. PLEASE do not send us Canadian currency or personal checks.
Shipping and handling charges will be actual freight and handling.
